Our team bids farewell to this year's captain, Kane Sander. He's aged out now but he did his team proud!
Congratulations to Dylan Gonz for pitching his first ever Bandits shutout against Joliet.
I Want to say a special "thank you" to the on-ice officials for letting the boys play all weekend. It allowed for some great hockey for both the players and the fans!
Some Bandits players are possessed!
There is so much going on in this photo. Jake Basom throwing haymakers. Parent upset about said haymakers. He/She ref offering Jake a soft pat on the head and the other ref trying to pants him.
Jack Pilas contemplating the origins of the universe.
Henry Eisenloeffel in his favorite spot.
He's got a 2 for roughing, 2 for elbowing and a 10 because he won't shut up!
This team is about remembering why you play the game in the first place. Just having fun with your friends.
First time the coach gets the Player of the Game hat!
I Want to say a special "thank you" to the Vegas on-ice officials for creating the best team bonding experience that I could have possibly hoped for. You bonded this team for life! For that, I thank you. Everything else, not so much.
First ever box man in Bandits history to receive an unsportsmanlike conduct for holding a door open!
4 - 2 Victory over the Affton Americans. Leading the way was Jeff McKinney with 2 goals and Jack Pilas and Henry Eisenloeffel with 1 apiece.
Jeff Mckinney collected the tournament MVP award for the Bandits.
Cole Eckert backstopped us to victory for his first tournament win of the year. Now, if he can just find his jerseys.
The main purpose of the Bandits is to have fun and we encourage this type of behavior.
Captain Kane Sander did an unbelievable job leading his team to a convincing victory.
Individuals win games. Teams win championships! So proud of the rookies that stepped up and embraced the challenge. We are set for years to come.
